The Barn (Business Centre)

As a result of the Ardgay Regeneration Project, the Trust now owns and manages The Barn (Business Centre) and Drovers Square in the village of Ardgay.

The Barn is the HQ for the Kyle of Sutherland Development Trust team. It also provides office space for several other businesses including: Oberlanders Group, Hair at the Barn, CH Architecture, Meter Performance Services Ltd, and This Copy Stix.

The Barn provides the tenants with a communal kitchen and accessible meeting room. Members of the public can come to The Barn to utilise the office services, e.g. printing and copying for a small fee.

£210 inc VAT per Calendar Month, the monthly option includes a key for you to come and go as you please

£60 inc VAT for 1 week, to fit in with normal working hours

Drovers Square

Drovers Square stands where the derelict Lady Ross Hotel once stood. It now provides parking for the Albyn Housing residents, and The Barn tenants and a stopping off/ resting point for passing visitors. There are interpretation boards with information about the local area, and there is also an Electric car charging point.
