Our experience
Kyle of Sutherland Development Trust have successfully delivered a number of in-house capital projects: including Falls of Shin Visitor Attraction and the Ardgay Regeneration project – both of which were delivered on time and on budget.
Our Contracts Team can offer our project management experience at competitive rates to other community organisations who perhaps don’t have the capacity or resources to manage the projects themselves.

We represent clients to liaise with construction and design teams, manage budgets and work with funders, conduct site visits, and above all focus on long term sustainability and end user requirements in all strategic, tactical and operational decisions.

External Projects
Old School Embo
In 2018 we were contracted to project manage the renovation of the Old School Embo on behalf of the Embo Trust. This involved renovating the old school into a new village hub which houses Embo Community Grocers and Post Office, a café, meeting room, and a community hall which can be hired out for events, weddings, and other activities.
Edderton Playpark
We were also recently contracted by Edderton Village Hall committee to regenerate its existing play park. The Contracts team managed the redevelopment over the summer, and the playpark was completed in August 2019.
